My favorite holiday of the year by far since having kids is Christmas. Christmas Morning brings the cute special wonderful smiles and constant happiness. As a parent your so afraid your going to disappoint but each year the kids laughter makes me think okay it was another success. Today was no disappoint and Andie's facial expressions were the best ever. Jake loved that he was able to get Buzz Lightyear plus Legos are the greatest thing ever to a 3 year old, plus don't forget his amazing track. Brooklyn had no idea what was truly going on but LOVED every moment of it, new puppies and babies made her day complete!
We had our traditional breakfast of course and it wasn't as big as Daddy wanted it but overtime as the kids get older and we have our own house this tradition will be as great as Zach wishes it would be each year. After breakfast and presents of course we had to play our hearts out. The kids loved all of Mom and Dads attention all day long and new toys always makes any day the best!
I was bummed we weren't able to go to Temple Square this year because whenever we planned and had time one of the kids were sick and I didn't want to take them out in the cold. We decided sort of last minute that we were heading out to the temple and it was the best decision ever. We saw the beautiful lights and it wasn't even crowded at all so it was perfect. We loved every moment and what a great way to end the day of celebrating our Savior. Merry Christmas!
