Andie 9 Months

Andie Noelle is 9 months old today. I don't know where the time is going but I can't believe I was pregnant for 9 months and now my little girl is 9 months old. She has such a personality showing and is definitely my bubbly girl. At 9 months old....

1. Andie is our summer baby for sure. Her favorite colour is yellow, not purple anymore. She would rather wear shorts every day even if it is snowing outside then put on a pair of jeans. She also loves glasses, especially her stylish sunglasses! If all those don't scream summer baby I don't know what else would :)

2. Andie loves books. She will sit on the ground looking at books all day long, if she didn't have to eat. I don't know where she got that love for books because I for one am not a book lover. We are building our book collection, so that is good, we have movies covered but books we could use more of!

3. Andie has always slept throw the night since I can remember, I really lucked out with her! Put instead of me having to hold her to sleep every night and then move her to her crib, she will now put herself to sleep. I love that I can just place her in her crib and get some extra time with Zachary, especially when our time is so limited.

4. Andie is wearing size 6-9 month clothes. It was a sad week for me as I pulled all her 3-6 month clothes out of her drawers and into my storage bin. I pulled out some of her newborn sized clothes, how did she fit in those? My little girl is not so little anymore. We went shopping and got a bunch of new clothes for Andie to wear. She is still in size 2 diapers.

5. Andie army crawls everywhere. She doesn't really do the full on hands and knees crawling but she has like a wide stance scooting crawl. I don't really know how to explain it but she can move so fast. She is really enjoying the open room in our new place.

6. Andie loves to laugh. She laughs all day long until she closes her eyes to sleep, but would laugh in her sleep if she could I am sure of it! She plays games with blankets in stores and laughs with daddy all day long. I love my giggly girl :)

7. Andie has moved into her 3rd home since she has been born. She actually has room to move around in and has picked up on so many more skills because of it. Andie pulls herself up to stand and it starting to walk along things as the is holding on to them. I can't wait to get an actual house so she doesn't have to keep moving and so that we can make memories of her growing up in our house we will have for years and years.

8. Andie has eaten a lot of new things from cereal to yogurt bites and Oreos to sandwiches. If there is food laying around she will eat it no questions asked. She loves yogurt bites, no matter what flavor. She loves eating Oreos and her baby cookies plus crackers and cereal she will munch on all day. Her cousin left a ham and cheese sandwich laying around, I caught Andie eating it. It's true when they say your child is being quite that's when you should be most worried.

9. Andie loves her princess chair from Santa. If I ever start to look for her the first place is by this little pink chair of hers. She will just sit in it for hours. Zachary and I were watching a movie and she just sat in her chair and watched with us. She loves the princess chair!

10. Andie is our tall skinny girl. At the doctor she weighted in at 17 pounds 8 ounces and 28 inches long. For her weight she is in the 25%, height in the 80% and head in the 75%. She is ahead in her length and head but that gives me no concern. My side of the family all have big heads so she must have a "Redd" head.

I love my little girl and all her many talents. She is such a smart girl and continues to learn and grow everyday. I am so privileged to be able to call her mine for all eternity. I love you Andie Noelle :)

March Sunday

Spending time with your family is my favorite thing about Sunday. Zachary doesn't have to worry about work or school and I don't have to worry about paying bills. Its a day once a week that we get to spend time together as just the Wadsworth family.

We went to church in our new ward for the first time. We were starving by the time we got home that dinner was quickly thrown together. We made stir fried rice and it was delicious. We then cuddled up on our couch with Andie crawling around on the floor while watching Monk, episode after episode. I love that show it is pretty hilarious.

I love Sundays. I love being able to get spiritually fed and then the time you get to spend with your family makes it that much better. I am so thankful for my husband and how hard he works all week long. I love our day of rest to finally just relax and be together as a a family!

Power of Prayer

Last weekend was a busy one for the Wadsworth Family. We headed over to Ikea again but this time we actually went to buy things. When the house is presentable I will take pictures and show you what was bought. All I can really say right now is that we came home with a car full. I know I had my wallet in my hand when we were unloading our car and carrying Andie and all our bags up the stairs to our house on the third floor. I needed more hands so I put my wallet in one of the bags. That is that last I ever saw of my wallet (or so I thought).

My husband was so anxious and excited with our new things for our home. He pulled things out of bags and the living room was a disaster. It honestly looked like a tornado went through. We even had bookshelves on there sides and movies all over the floor. It was impossible to walk through. My OCD self couldn't handle the mess and I went to change Andie and hang up our clean clothes.

After finishing my task I went back out to the living room and Zach had gathered everything together and was taking loads of trash downstairs. I asked him what he was throwing away and he just said garbage so I let him do his thing and I did mine. Sometimes in a marriage that is needed especially when you are married to a complete opposite when it comes to organization and cleanliness. (I love my husband though and all his little quirks so don't get me wrong there).

Saturday, Sunday and Monday pass and my wallet is still no where to be seen. I searched the house high and low. I looked EVERYWHERE. The last place I saw my wallet was when I placed it in the plastic bag and all those bags went away in the garbage truck Saturday morning. I came to the conclusion that the only place my wallet could be was in that garbage truck. I was mad to say the least. I was more mad at myself for putting it in the bag. I had EVERYTHING in my wallet. Checks, bank card, credit card, license, mine and Zachs social security cards, gift cards, library cards, mine and Zachs temple recommends, etc...Literally EVERYTHING was in my wallet.

I spent Monday night worried about not only my own identity being completely stolen but Zachs also. I finally came to the conclusion that it was gone right before Zach came home from school. He had felt bad because if it was thrown away in the mess of things on Friday he did it. He is the sweetest husband I know and bought me a new wallet and flowers. You know your husband loves you unconditionally when he goes out of his way to do the sweetest things for you even when you think nothing will cheer you up.

Tuesday morning I woke up and at the foot of my bed was my wallet. How in the world is it there? It makes no since how it appeared there. I looked all over in our bedroom and everywhere in the house. The power of pray that is all I can say to that. There is no doubt in my mind that our Lord and Savior watches over us. If we believe in him miracles will be brought to us in our lives. I am so thankful to have the gospel in my life. I have such a strong testimony in prayer and have seen life changing events through out my life. I love being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints :)
