Andie Noelle is four years old, WHAT?! This year this girl couldn't figure out what kind of party she wanted, it kept changing. She finally finalized on a Jessie party from Toy Story about meeting Jessie and Woody in Disneyland just a month ago. We couldn't convince this girl to do any other theme it had to be Jessie! I tried to pull my magic and come up with some decorations, who knew they would be so hard to find?
Andie was SO EXCITED for her birthday and has been asking for it for weeks to come! When she woke up she excitedly ran out to see the decorations and presents on the floor. What can I say she knows the routine after just having Dads birthday a couple weeks prior. Andie immediately dove in and started opening presents even though she knew what they all were (yes she peaked the day before her birthday).
Andie was so excited about all her gifts and we played all morning. We stopped for some donuts for breakfast and a birthday song! We knew we wanted to spoil this four year old and make her happy so of course we soon after breakfast got ready and left the house, that's all kids want that live in basements is to just leave the dungeon haha.
We went to Jump Around Utah which is basically a huge gym filled with bouncy houses, has a big playground and also the jump trampoline bouncy thing right in the middle. It was such a neat place and we will definitely be going back! Andie had a blast! Jake took some warming up to it but it was such a fun adventure and I am sure we burned tons of calories, my arthritis body was aching pretty bad after all that!
After we finally pulled Andie away from the play area we went and got a kids meal with nuggets to eat at home. All Andie wanted to eat for her birthday lunch/dinner was fries and nuggets so that is what we got. Happy girl :)
We then spent a few hours playing with new toys again. You can't not break in your toys on your birthday am I right? Shopkins, Baby Alive, Barbies and Doc McStuffins was all apart of our play time. Mom might of even crashed on the couch in pain and took a nap, oops!
Once we all were all played out we went over to McDonald's for an ice cream cone. Andie always wants an Ice cream cone from McDonald's and the thought of all the mess in the middle of McDonald's doesn't sound pleasant but I figured its her birthday so we would splurge. Andie was in Heaven!
Once we were played out from the McDonald's playground and ate our ice cream we left home for the last part of the birthday celebration, CAKE! Andie loved her cake and of course we sang to her again which she LOVED! It was such a delicious cake!
Andie Noelle you are four years old and I don't know how I feel about that. You are such an amazing girl and so smart. You have such a contagious smile and sweet spirit. You truly are my joy! Happy Birthday my princess! I love you!
