Jake 1 Year 1 Month

Jake Oliver is one month into his second year of life already. Time is flying by and it is truly is amazing to be able to raise my boy in this quick moving world. Jake at 1 year 1 month...

1. Jake got his first pair of shoes. He is not a fan of shoes on his feet, he acts like they are bricks. Hopefully Jake will get used to them, it would be awesome to walk in Disneyland ;)

2. Jake got a new car seat! Go check your height and weight limits people, Jake was way to big for his. Jake loves the bigger car seat with cup holders :)

3. Jake is off of the bottles and formula and onto whole milk. I love that we have a non spittyup little boy with no more formula. Do you know how much easier life is?! Jake is a fan of the milk and straw sippy cups, good job bud!

4. Jake can get off and on of the couches by himself now. Jake is even a pro and can get off Mom and Dads big king bed, it's way taller then him!

5. Jake loves Mini Eggs. Easter definitely gets money from the Wadsworth family with how much Mini Eggs we buy, especially with this new chocolate monster we have ;)

6. Jake is still not quite walking but he can. Jake has to get past his fear first. If Jake isn't paying attention he can walk by himself but as soon as he realizes what he is doing he will fall forward. He will get it down soon :)

7. Jake is starting to talk more. His favorite things to say right now are "Uh, Oh" and of course "Eat". It's so fun to be able to hear your little ones learn how to communicate with you!

8. Jake is the fastest little crawler. This little boy of mine may not be able to walk yet on his own but he could beat anyone is a crawling race. It's so cute to watch his little arms and legs going so fast!

I love my Jake Oliver and all the joy he brings to our life. Jake is such a fun little brother to his sister and is such a perfect little personality. I love you buddy, always and forever :)

Temple Session

I love going to the temple! It never comes often enough. Zachary and I got to go to the temple and take part in the session where Georgie (Nanny Goat) got her Endowments. It was such a special day to be able to celebrate this wonderful step in her life. I am so proud :)

Andie 2 Years 10 Months

Andie is almost three, just a blink of an eye and it will be her much awaited birthday. Andie at 2 years 10 months old...

1. Andie loves coloring! She goes through stages where she will love it and then forget about it and then love it again. Right now Andie is in a love it stage especially if she is able to use Moms markers (sharpies).

2. Andie loves to go to Karyssas house (she goes once a week as they babysit). It's so cute watching little toddlers play together. Andie is starting to love to play with friends even if most of them are her cousins ;)

3. Andie loves to watch "The Color Crew" (Color Show) on Netflix. Andie and Jake will sit and watch color after color episode, the good thing is she knows her colors really well now!

4. Andie is starting to obey more. Andie will pick up her toys without complaint, she will come to mom when being asked or even play with her brother when I'm trying to clean. How nice it is that my girl is so helpful.

5. Andie is more and more independent. Andie loves to dress herself with no help, paint her nails on her own or even go to sleep by herself. My little girl is growing up and it's scary for mom, I don't know if I am ready yet!

6. Andie got a new queen bed. We gave her our old one since it was breaking. It finally broke on her and it was either buy a new queen bed frame or a twin bed frame and mattress. We took the cheaper way out and Andie kept her queen bed, she loves it :)

7. Andie went swimming and LOVED IT (she hasn't been since Disneyland)! Andie loved to go up and down the slide all on her own. How is my girl big enough to do everything without Moms help?

Andie is getting to be our big girl, she is growing up so fast. I love our Andie Noelle and her love for life. Andie teaches me everyday how to be a better person, she is amazing and I feel so blessed to call her mine :)

Easter 2015

Easter this year was pretty laid back. I wasn't feeling well so I didn't get fun photo shoot pictures or dye eggs or anything for Andie and Jake. They got their Easter baskets so at least it was something. Andie enjoyed the "Items" while Jake enjoyed the "Candy", between the two of them they loved the Easter baskets.

All Easter weekend we watched General Conference which was amazing like it is each year. Go and watch it here if you happened to miss any of the sessions. Zachary and I were so inspired to be better husband/wife, father/mother, and just children of our Heavenly Father. We can't wait to make some changes in our home.

After Conference was over we went over to my parents house for our annual basement Easter egg hunt and yummy dinner. We even got a special privilege to meet my brothers girlfriend, she would make a good fit to the family he has our approval ;) Easter was simple but yet fantastic!

Spiritual Saturday

On March 28th we had a fun Saturday filled with some spiritual events. It started out with going to one of our Nephews baptism and family luncheon. It was so to be able to get to see some of Zach's side of the family again, it seems this year it has been spaced between.

This Saturday evening I also got the opportunity to go, once again (two conferences in a row), to the General Women's Meeting Broadcast at the Conference Center. I went with my Mom and little sister Emmalee. It was so fun to be able to sit in the conference with them feeling of thy spirit. I love the opportunity we get to be Women in our gospel and especially in today's world.

We ended the evening by eating out at Cafe Rio, can't go wrong with some pork in my belly ;) While the husband was at home with the two kiddos eating Burger King while watching Tiana (The Princess and the Frog). Life is great!

Tyson's Play

My youngest brother was in a play, so fun to go to Junior High plays. Tyson was in Seussical the Musical and was an amazing evil monkey dude. I love going and watching my talented siblings act in plays. Good job Tyson!
