Home #5

Ever since 2010 when Zachary and I got married we have lived in West Valley. We have been on all corners of this city and can I say it feels so nice to finally be away. I know we are right beside West Valley but we are out. This is Zachs and my 5th home in our married life and Andies 3rd. I can't wait to have a house so we don't have to keep moving around. Lots of things didn't make it this trip. Half of one of our tall bookshelf's has vanished, another shelf is broken so we are down to one. O the joys of moving :) I must admit though that I am so excited to get myself some new things. We feel so good about where we are at in our lives. Zachary and I feel so at peace. I love the feeling of trusting 100% that you are in the right place at the right time. There is no better feeling then that :)

As you can see we have a lot of moving in to do before I can really take pictures of our new place :)

Valentines Day 2013

This year Zachary and I had our 7th Valentines Day together. I can't believe we have been together that long and still love each other more and more everyday. We had our celebration a day late because of Zach having work and school on the 14th. It was so worth it to wait that extra day :) This year I did a countdown to Valentines Day starting on the 1st of February. It was fun to see Zach anxiously await what was next and all of his coworkers loved to see what he got that day in his lunch. I had fun doing a countdown and suggest it to every married couple. It will bring your relationship closer together. That I can promise you!

On Valentines Day I did a photo shoot with Andie. I love doing these little photo shoots which will only get better and better as we have more children and props. I am no photographer but I do love the start of this tradition.

Zachary forgot his lunch so we went and ate Subway for lunch in my parents van in his work parking lot, can't get more romantic then that haha. After we finished eating our Subway Zach pulls out this box and hands it to me. I had no idea what was in it and was very surprised. My husband is so sweet to me. I haven't been able to wear my ring since I have had Andie so he went and got me a little replacement until my actual ring can fit me :) it's so weird wearing a ring because its been so long but I LOVE having one again. My husband is so sweet.

On Friday after he returned home from work he stated he had a reservation for us at "The Roof" restaurant. My goodness I love this boy of mine :) We had a fun time at our dinner. There was fantastic food and desserts with the temple view which is amazing. Even when we walked up to our table there was a rose on my plate. My husband sure did spoil me this Valentines Day. I love my husband and all he does for me!

College 1st Month

Zachary has been going to school for over a month now, and I am so proud of him! He is taking a math class which he is doing amazing in. He has had three tests and aced all of them with a 97% or higher! Zach is also taking a writing class. He has been taking notes and highlighting his papers. He is so organized and works so hard to be able to get into a career to support his growing family. Communications is another class he is taking. This class probably gives him the most headache because of group assignments. I hate group assignments they give me headaches too. The final class he is taking is reading. Zach has been getting the books on tape so you can listen to them at work. Zachary has a full schedule with full time work and school but he still manages to fit family time in too. He loves being a husband and father and is the best at it. I am so proud of my Zachary, I love you!

Andie 8 Months

I have been a mother to my beautiful little girl for 8 months already. I am in such a shock that she is growing up so fast. Just yesterday it feels that I was at the hospital so anxious and excited to welcome little Andie in to the world. Time flies when you are a parent, it is such a sad but yet happy moment. Every day is a new adventure and I love being able to spend that time with my little girl :) At 8 months old....

            1.  Andie has her two bottom front teeth. I noticed the little choppers showing just a week after she turned 7 months old but they are now completely out. I love her little smile when you can see her sparkly whites showing. Andie has always had such an amazing smile, anyone will smile if you see her little face light up with her magnificent smile!

            2.  Andie has mastered the rocking on her hands and knees. Andie can't crawl yet but she gets up on her hands and knees like a champ. She rocks like crazy but won't move her hands. I am so proud of her. Andie keeps on trying and trying, she won't give up until she succeeds.

            3.  Andie had her first bath in the big bath tub. I have been giving her baths in the little baby tub, but I noticed that she was getting a little to big for it. She has mastered sitting like a pro so I decided she was now ready for the big tub. It was so cute to see her splashing. Andie enjoyed every moment being in the tub, I am such a proud mom!

            4.  Andie was sick just last month but is once again sick. She must be related to her mother, I get sick often. I feel bad to hand that down to my little girl but she handles sickness so well. Good thing we have a humidifier this time around. Andie does not let having a cough and a runny nose get her down, she is still her happy self!

            5.  Andie is now big enough to sit in her stroller. I have been attaching the carseat to the stroller but we decided she is big enough to look around and enjoy the world a little better. She loves being able to sit in the stroller!

6. Andie has learned to chew gum. She copies things that I do all the time but one that has really stuck is the fake chewing gum. I didn't know chewing gum would pass on to my daughter but I realize how much I must chew it in front of her now. Andie smacks her lips all the time, its cute!

            7.  Andie has been able to scoot backwards but has not mastered the forwards part. Just this past week she is starting to scoot forward. She is such a busy body little girl. She has to always be doing something and can't stay still. She will love once she masters the crawling and walking. I am so proud that she can scoot forwards now :) I love you Andie Noelle!

The Big Game

I have never been a fan of sports but Zachary loves his football. I have never watched any of the football games and honestly can't really understand the game. This year for "The Big Game" we went over to Zachs Dads house to enjoy watching the game with them. It was fun to be able to talk to Zachs dad more and get to know him. We had fun eating our snacks and everyone explaining the game to me. Zachs dad is a big niners fan. After the power went out on half the field I made a prediction on what would happen. I stated the niners would come back and it would be a close game. Boom that is exactly what happened. I am understanding football more and I am excited for when we have kids playing sports. No I will probably never become a full on huge fan of sports but I have to admit watching the game really was better then I expected it would be. Thanks Colin and Beth for letting us stay to watch the whole game on your TV. We enjoyed our time with you!

Ikea

With the excitement of getting our own place once again coming up in March, I had this fantastic idea for when Zachary returned home from work. The Wadsworth Family headed over to Ikea for a look around at all there fun room set ups. I love Ikea how they set up rooms so you can visualize better what all there products may look like in your home. I love that Ikea has such simple, neat and organized products. Zachary and I are very plain and simple when it comes to our decorating and organizing. We are not fans of the hectic mess you may see at other stores. I loved that we got to spend this time together as family and enjoy our ideas running through our heads for our next apartment!
