Memorial Day is one we don't have any traditions and I think we usually just stay at home relaxing. This year we took advantage of the extra special family time and went out with the kiddos. We started out by going swimming at the Rec Center, the kids love it, Andie calls it the Duck pool.
We decided to try out the Wheeler Farm Park and the kids were all in heaven. I have an addiction lately to the Cafe Rio salads so of course we ate that on our family adventure day. I haven't been to Wheeler Farm before but it was so neat to have Andie pet a horse for the first time, Jake to chase ducks and Brooklyn to just relax in the stroller.
After we left wheeler farm we decided to go to the playground back at the Rec Center since we had promised the kiddos. It was such a crazy, busy, fun and tiring day!
