Zachary is another year older and we celebrated the best we could even though he had to work all day. As soon as the kiddos woke up, we opened presents and ate some McDonalds breakfast (sausage burritos and hashbrowns). I didn't really know what to get Zach this year except I really wanted to get him a Mickey Mouse blanket for our bed, yes it will be awesome. I was ordering the blanket so we never got it on time for his birthday, bummer! Zach got a couple other Disney games to make up for it though plus we all needed new toothbrushes so that was one of Dads presents, toothbrushes for all (wife fail haha).
Daddy went to work and we decided to pick him up for his lunch break and we ate some Arbys while sitting in the van watching "The Land Before Time". Don't you wish this was your birthday? Haha.
I kept the kiddos up late that night for us to surprise Zach when he got off of work. Andie was pretty insistent we had to hide under the table and jump out for Dad, SO CUTE! We decorated with a few streamers and Andie even picked out the cake (to bad the one she wanted first choice was expired, frog cake that one is amazing).
We ate cake, bathed the kiddos and went to bed. Yes Zach's birthday wasn't that exciting but what more do parents really want for their birthday then to see the kids happy, and happy they all were!
