Disney Day Three

Our Third Disney day (Thursday May 5th) we went back to Disneyland. The weather was perfect our trip being a bit cloudy, rainy and not boiling hot. With this amazing weather (in my eyes) then Disneyland was actually a lot less packed then it could of been. Andie went on Splash Mountain for the first time, the wait was only 5 minutes, WHAT! She wasn't a fan of the big drop especially when Mom didn't warn her about the drop in the dark right before the big one, MOM FAIL! Daddy took the younger kids on Winnie the Pooh.

We met lots of characters trying to fill up Andie's autograph book. Andie and Jake both loved to meet the characters. Brooklyn was usually in the stroller sleeping so we didn't get her out for the character greetings.

We spent our day trying to go on rides we haven't been on previously just so that we could make sure we hit all the rides possible. Andie and Jake weren't to fond of the Haunted House haha. When the ghost sits with you right at the end of the ride Andie freaked seeing him right next to her, I shouldn't laugh but it was amazing! We got fast passes for the haunted house and while waiting we ate our lunch we brought into the park.

Tarzan's tree house is a favorite, the view is awesome. I swear the best part about the tree house is there is so much banging around you can do just below the tree house (with the pots and pans, keep your mind out of the gutter people). Jake and Andie really enjoyed the Tiki room, music and dancing you can't go wrong. Brooklyn even enjoyed the Tiki room quite a bit too!

We had the two young kids nap in the stroller again when they were super tired. Andie got to go on a couple of rides that the younger kiddos couldn't go on at this time plus Andie got to meet more characters, so she was in princess heaven!

We went on the Storybook, It's a small world and a few other rides. When we were on Mr. Toads wild ride, which Andie LOVED, Jake HATED and Brooklyn ENJOYED, the ride broke about half way through. We got an escort through the remaining of the ride walking through with the lights on so that was interesting (I went one way with Andie and Brooklyn with one escort, Dad went the other way with Jake with the other escort, we were literally right in the middle). Andie was so confused and thought she drove so fast that she broke the ride haha.

We ended the night by watching the new "Paint the Night Parade". Jake saw Lightening McQueen and basically wanted to run out and jump in the car. The parades are so fun to watch with kiddos, they all really enjoyed it! What a great way to end the night.
