Disney Day One

We were so anxious when we woke up for our first day to go to Disneyland. After waking, getting everyone ready and rubbed down with lots of sunscreen we were on our way. The tram ride over to the parks was just an introductory on how our day would go, the kiddos all loved it!

Once inside Disneyland we went straight to the Minnie Mouse breakfast. Zachary's mother and step dad decided to come down two days of our trip to spoil the kiddos a bit more then they already were being by just being in Disneyland. Andie, Jake and Brooklyn (I assume) loved meeting the characters Minnie, Eeyore, Pooh and Bibbity Bobbity Boo (Fairy Godmother), the food was an added bonus.

Our first ride had to be "It's a Small World" because its awesome to watch face reactions with kids. Then we went on lots more rides in Fantasyland. We met Alice and the Mad Hatter whom signed Andie's book, first signatures.

Slowly we made our way to Tomorrowland. The two younger kids took naps in the stroller, we all ate lunch (sandwich we brought in with us) then of course we couldn't miss Pixie Hollow to see Tinkerbell.

In adventureland we went on Winnie the Pooh more times then we like to admit, plus we even snuck on a Pirates ride for the parents to enjoy some, with Andie's permission of course. The kids enjoyed all the rides even if some of those drops were a bit much for their tiny bodies to handle haha, oh the fright.

The night didn't end easy as we may of had a diaper explosion by one kid while standing in line for "Finding Nemo". As soon as that mess was cleaned up we might of had a second accident by another child resulting in the cleaning ladies coming in to the rescue. Then on the submarine we lost the binky and boy was I shunned for that crying baby the last three minutes of that ride. What a way to end the first day of our Disney adventure ;)

Of course I can't forget to mention the super nice group of teens that helped us with our sleepy children, two strollers and our backpacks onto the tram, up the escalators and all the way to the van. I will ever be thankful for these kind strangers who saw us struggling just a bit and decided to take the time to reach out and help us. I wish we would of taken a picture of them!
