Easter this year I wanted to do so much since all our holidays were lower key last year BUT of course I didn't get to do a lot of what I had hoped for. We did one Easter craft with Andie for school time, no egg painting though (even though I bought all the supplies, maybe we will do eggs a month late haha).
A couple days before Easter we had a late birthday celebration for Jake mixed with Easter. We went to Chick-fil-a with Zach's Mom and step dad. Andie and Jake were both spoiled. Brooklyn was all smiles just being held :)
Easter morning Andie and Jake woke up so excited. At the foot of the beds we had 3 baskets for the kids all ready from the Easter Bunny. Andie got some new fairies (loving Tinkerbell lately) and Jake got a car with a trailer that is remote control (awesome). Brooklyn got some new bright colored onesies and I might of let her suck some sugar off a peep (bad mom, she LOVED it though).
After the kids went through their Easter basket treats and played with the gifts. We went into the living room and Easter eggs were hidden everywhere. Andie and Jake loved searching for the eggs and finding what treats were inside. Brooklyn had fun in her swing just watching her crazy siblings go wild.
After a fun eventful morning we went to church and of course took some quick Easter photos before the kids clothes were ruined in delicious chocolate. That evening we went over to my parents house and had an Easter egg hunt and dinner with family. Its always so fun on holidays when we can get together! Happy Easter!
