Andie Noelle turned 2 years old on June 6th. How exciting to have another birthday celebrating her precious life. We had a Minnie Mouse theme for Andies 1st and this year a Little Mermaid theme. Andie is crazy about Ariel!
We all slept in until almost noon and then I quickly hung up some decorations for Andie to wake up too. She loved the giant Ariel and Flounder :)
We wanted her to open up presents right away, we couldn't resist! I love watching her eyes light up with excitement with each gift. Andie got a tricycle, bubbles, shirts and a doll.
After the presents were opened we had to of course do some playing around. Andie loved dancing in the hurricane of bubbles. She even had to try riding through the bubbles on her tric.
We all got dressed and headed out to get some donuts for breakfast before heading to the aquarium. Little did I know but Andies birthday is National Donut Day, crazy!
Andie loved running around at the aquarium free range of so much space. It was fun to see her watch the fish and sing "Under the Sea". She walked across the rope bridge and I swear was braver then I was.
On the way to Arctic Circle after the aquarium Andie and Jake both knocked out from the crazy afternoon. We decided they had no energy to play on the playground so we headed to Rancheritos instead.
Once home and our giant burritos were eaten we decorated Andies cake. Andie was thrilled to see the finished product as it was a surprise seeing her cake. Andie found a new love for blowing out candles, and for lighting matches.
It was a fun filled day! Andie loved every minute of it and we tired her out completely. What a fantastic day celebrating my beautiful first born! I love my girl, Happy Birthday my princess.
