Family Vacation : Last Day & Drive Home

Our last day in Disneyland was such a fun and very sad day, I hate when trips have to end. We tried to hit all the rides we hadn't taken the kids on yet as well as going back on some of our favorites.

Andie loves the tram over to the Disney park from the parking lot. She wanted to hold Jake the whole ride. We went straight over the "It's A Small World" once we hit the park, Jake was so excited!

When you get off "It's A Small World" you go through this little shop. Andie loved it because of the castle with all the princesses in it.

We went over to the Storybook boat ride, it was fun. I didn't know they changed it a little by adding the Frozen castle. Andie enjoyed seeing all of the princesses houses.

We hadn't been able to make it on the Dumbo train ride either so of course we made our way that way.

We went on rides we had already been on, such as the carousel. That is when Andie discovered tattoos, sorry person!

For lunch it was so hot outside we went into Pinocchio's restaurant to eat our sandwich we brought in the park with us. Andie of course just ate the ham and played in her sandwich, Jake on the other hand will eat his normally.

Andie asked to go in Tarzan's house again so we made our way that way. We stopped by the ranch to see the horse, went to the Tiki room and then over to Tarzan.

We went back over to "It's A Small World" you can't ride that enough when you have little kids. The train ride around the park is always such a good way to cool down as well.

Nap time rolled around so we went back over and let Andie go in Tarzan's house while I sat with Jake.

During the parade we made our way back of to the Toy Story ride for Mom and Dad to have a little more fun.

It was getting late so we made our way back over to where the show is for Fantasmic (Mickey Mouse & Maleficent as Andie calls it). We went on Pirates a few more times, Andie got to the point she would sing along to the song. Andie and Jake both hated the drop still.

With our fastpass tickets to Fantasmic we went to sit down and eat some snacks. The kids both loved the show and Andie has been looking forward to the show for as long as we can remember. She is constantly watching Fantasmic on YouTube. Dream come true and a great way to end the night with our tired kiddos.

We went back to the hotel, packed up, went to bed and woke up early the next day. We had a long drive ahead of us that day as we drove home the 10+ hour drive. Andie and Jake did so good and slept a lot, our week of Disneyland sure tired us all out :) Until next year Disneyland!
